Halo Water Proofing is a OH-licensed Foundation Crack Repair company that treats every Palestine job like it's the only one on the schedule.
Every Palestine technician we send is background-checked and trained on the exact equipment we install — not a subcontractor picked up for the day.
Our Palestine crew leads carry years of hands-on repair experience, not just sales training — which is why the advice you get on-site tends to match what actually needs fixing.
One phone call gets you a straight answer and a real appointment — not a vague callback promise.
📞 +1-866-476-1348Catching one of these early usually means a smaller repair bill and a lot less stress for Palestine homeowners.
A musty smell usually means moisture is already moving through your Palestine basement, even if the floor looks bone dry.
Small cracks in a Palestine foundation rarely stay small — seasonal ground movement tends to widen them over time.
That white powder on basement walls is mineral residue left behind as water passes through the concrete.
A Palestine sump pump that never rests is usually undersized or nearing the end of its life.
This is one sign we tell Palestine customers never to wait on — wall movement tends to progress, not resolve on its own.
Peeling paint near the floor upstairs is one of the last signs Palestine homeowners connect to a basement problem.
No two Palestine basements are the same — soil type, age of the home, water table. We match the fix to your actual problem.
Storm season keeps our Palestine emergency line busy — active flooding always jumps ahead of routine inspections in the queue.
Get Emergency Help →Seasonal ground movement in Palestine tends to widen existing cracks over time, so sealing early usually costs less than waiting.
Ask About Crack Repair →Most Palestine pump failures happen during the exact storms that need them most, which is exactly why battery backup matters.
Book a Pump Check →For yards fighting bad grading, an exterior French drain intercepts water before it ever touches the foundation wall.
Talk Drainage Options →A damp Palestine crawl space drives up humidity throughout the house — we seal it completely with heavy-duty vapor barrier and add dehumidification where needed.
Get a Crawl Space Quote →We handle below-grade waterproofing for Palestine property managers and business owners, scheduled around your operating hours to limit disruption.
Request a Commercial Quote →Here's exactly what Palestine customers can expect from first call to final walkthrough.
You'll talk to a person, not a script — enough of a conversation to know what to expect before anyone shows up.
No jargon, no pressure — just a clear look at what's actually going on.
Every Palestine quote is written before work starts, not estimated verbally and adjusted later.
You get documentation of the work plus a real warranty — not just a handshake.
We've heard every Palestine horror story about contractors who disappear mid-job or pad the invoice. Here's how we do it differently.
You get a real number before any work starts — what you approve is what you're billed.
We're not routing your call through a national center — the person who answers is close by.
If a covered repair fails, we come back and fix it. That's part of the contract, not just a promise.
We'd rather earn a repeat Palestine customer with an honest fix than push a system you don't need.
We can supply the documentation most carriers ask for before approving a Palestine claim.
Every Palestine job reflects on the next referral, so we treat each one like it matters.
"Called during a storm and had a tech at my door within two hours. Explained everything before touching anything — basement's been dry since."
"Got three quotes for a crack repair. This was the only company that actually explained why the crack was happening instead of just naming a price."
"Crawl space smelled bad for years. After encapsulation, the smell upstairs is completely gone."
"Straightforward commercial quote, professional crew, no back and forth."
"French drain install took two days exactly as quoted, and the yard looked better than before."
"Insurance claim was stressful until they stepped in with photos and a written scope. Approved within a week."
"Crew was respectful of our landscaping during the drain install and left the yard looking better than before they started."
Every Palestine technician we send is background-checked and trained on the systems we install, so the crew that inspects your property is the same one that fixes it.
